What we collect

Account information: the email address linked to the sign-in method you choose (email, Google, or Lovable).

Your inventory: the comic records you create — titles, issue numbers, volumes, variant and printing details, boxes, and shelf positions.

Your photos: cover photos you take or upload, which are stored so you can see and manage your books.

That's the whole list. We do not collect contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or anything from your device beyond what the app needs to work.

How we use it

To run the app: match scans against your collection, keep box contents accurate, and print QR labels.

Cover identification: when you scan a cover, the photo is sent to an AI model to read the title and issue details. Photos you've saved are also compared against your new scan to spot your own variants. Only you see the results.

Offline syncing: books you add without a connection are stored on your device and uploaded when you're back online.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data.

We don't show ads.

We don't use your photos or collection records to train AI models.

We don't share your inventory with other users — your vault is yours alone.

Where your data lives

Your inventory, photos, and account are stored in GíNí Vault's cloud database and file storage, protected by per-user security so no other account can read your records.

Deleting your data

You can delete any book, box, or photo from inside the app at any time.

To delete your entire account and everything in it, send a deletion request to the contact email below. We remove your account and all associated records and photos, and confirm once it's done.
